This policy explains how Zeydox Solution handles information when you visit Z AutoFlow or use its workshop management service.
Information we collect
We process account details you provide, such as name, email, phone number and workshop information, along with the customer, vehicle, job card, inventory, invoice and expense records you choose to enter. We also receive basic technical and usage information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and administer accounts, provide the service and its features, process subscriptions, support users, maintain security, communicate service updates, and meet legal obligations.
Payments
Razorpay processes online payments. Card, UPI and other payment credentials are handled by the payment provider; Z AutoFlow does not store full card credentials. We receive transaction details such as payment status and reference identifiers to activate and support your subscription.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers who help operate hosting, communications or payment functions, and when required by law or to protect the service and its users. WhatsApp sharing initiated by you is subject to WhatsApp and the recipient’s own privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain account and operational data while needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials confidential.
